1. INTRODUCTION & ADMIN RIGHTS

Welcome to VendorStore.eu. By creating an account (Buyer or Vendor), you agree to be bound by these terms legally.

1.1 Absolute Administrative Rights
VendorStore reserves the full right to approve, reject, edit, or delete ANY account, product, store name, or review at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to ban any user or remove content that violates our ethical standards or business policies without prior notice.

2. DATA PRIVACY & SECURITY (GDPR)

Data Collection: We collect Name, Address, Phone, and Email for order processing.
Data Sharing: Data is shared only with Vendors (for packing) and Logistics Partners (Postman, Albanian Courier) strictly for delivery purposes.
Security: Payments are processed via Paysera. We do not store card details.
Vendor Restrictions: Vendors are strictly forbidden from using customer data for marketing.

3. TERMS FOR BUYERS (CUSTOMERS)

3.1 Returns & Refunds

You have 14 Days from delivery to request a return via your account dashboard.
Damaged Items: If an item arrives broken or incorrect, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery with photos.
Return Shipping: Paid by the buyer, unless the vendor sent the wrong/broken item.

3.2 Payments

Credit Cards: Accepted for general merchandise via Paysera.
Gold & Silver: Due to Islamic principles regarding Riba, Real Gold/Silver jewelry must be purchased via Cash on Delivery (COD) only.

4. VENDOR PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT (CONTRACT)

By registering as a Vendor, you enter into a binding Agency Agreement (Wakala) with VendorStore.eu.

4.1 Appointment of Agent (Wakala)

You appoint VendorStore.eu as your Authorized Agent to collect payments, hold funds in trust (Escrow), and arrange logistics on your behalf.

4.2 Ownership of Inventory (Strict Rule)

Physical Possession: You strictly represent that you own and possess the physical inventory of every item you list.
No Speculative Selling: Selling items you do not yet own (e.g., speculative Drop-shipping) is PROHIBITED to comply with the Islamic principle: “Do not sell what you do not have.”

4.3 Fees, Commissions & Payouts

Free to List: Creating a store and listing products on VendorStore is 100% free with no product limits.
Commission: A flat Commission of 9% is deducted only when you make a successful sale.
14-Day Hold: Earnings are held in a “Pending Balance” for 14 days after delivery to ensure the order is not returned.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is €20. Requests are processed on Fridays via Bank Transfer.

4.4 Featured Advertising Services

Vendors may choose to purchase temporary “Featured Product” placements to boost visibility on the homepage.
No Refunds on Ads: Advertising fees are strictly non-refundable. You are paying for digital visibility/space, not for guaranteed sales.

4.5 Prohibited Items (Zero Tolerance)

You agree NOT to sell any of the following:

Currency: No selling Money, Crypto, Forex, or Banknotes.
Haram Items: No Alcohol, Pork, Gambling products, or Adult content.
Precious Metals Rule: Real Gold & Silver (14k+) must ONLY be sold via Cash on Delivery (COD). Card payments are prohibited for these items.
Counterfeits: No fake brands or stolen goods.

5. TAXES & LEGAL OBLIGATIONS

Your Responsibility: As a Vendor, you are an independent business. You are responsible for declaring your own income and paying taxes to ATK (Tax Administration of Kosovo) or your local government.

6. LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION

Platform Only: VendorStore is a venue. We do not manufacture the goods.
Indemnification: You agree to hold VendorStore harmless from any legal claims arising from the products you sell.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Prishtina.
